urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:lissafoss lissafoss lissafoss 2038-01-19T03:14:07Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:lissafoss:5404 2038-01-19T03:14:07Z 2038-01-19T03:14:07Z Its been a good few weeks for me. <br /><br />I got my 8th silver seven, taken me to 4stone total loss, which was huge for me. <br />I then went shopping on Saturday and decided to try on some size 12 jeans, I didn’t think they would fit but wanted to see how close I was. <br /><br />THEY FIT!<br /><br />I had to buy them, but they were only £9 from Newlook, so it wasn’t that bad and well worth it.<br />This time last year it would have been a size 20 I’d have tried on, and now I can get a size 14 knowing they will fit, with the option of chancing a size 12!<br />I was that happy I couldn’t get the smile off my face! I decide I needed a top to go with my size 12 jeans. The top was a little more expensive (£60) but it is Henri Lloyd.<br />This just put me in an even better mood so I got some boots as well. (I need the boots for work so not really a treat)<br /><br />Went to aqua aerobics this morning for the second time and loved it. It feels great to get up and do something on a Sunday morning, and the instructor is right, we have the rest of the day to sit around doing nothing.<br />Went for a run on Saturday and I really feel like I’m getting somewhere, it still kills me, but I love it!<br /><br />I think that’s me all caught up, I’m positive and motivated and up for another week of exercise and weight loss.<br /><br />Not forgetting that blade is on tomorrow and I cant wait to see Kavan Smith as a vampire!<br /><br /><br /><a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c230/lissafoss/Lorne/blade/BladeseriseKavanS299.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a>
