    <title>Weigh in 28.2.07</title>

    <content type="html">Went to weight watchers last night feeling great&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I’m down another notch on my belt and have had a really good week. Been to the gym 3 times and out for a run once. My back is feeling better and my sessions at the gym are getting longer and are almost back to normal. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Got on the scales smiling, I lost 3.5lbs last week so I wasn’t expecting a big loss, but I was expecting to lose.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then the weight flashed up, 13st 6.5lbs, I’d stayed the same. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After almost a year at weight watchers I know staying the same is better then putting on, and a big loss can affect the next weeks results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I felt thin!!!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was more confused then anything, but my weight loss has always fluctuated and there’s nothing I can do about it.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I didn’t pig out when I got home, I had a little whinge and the WW pizza I’d planed on having (not impressed, the oval bites are so much better) and went to bed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its still playing on my mind a bit, but I’m trying to use it to make me more determined to do well this week. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Targets this week&lt;br /&gt;-	Stay within point over the weekend&lt;br /&gt;-	1 x run outdoors&lt;br /&gt;-	2 x gym sessions&lt;br /&gt;-	1 x netball match&lt;br /&gt;-	1 x swim&lt;br /&gt;-	Follow week 2 of run easy RFL training plan when at gym and out for run.</content>
