I’ve decided I don’t post to my journal enough. I post in different communities, but not in here. So all that changes today.

Ok, lets get everything up to date.

Weight watchers

Start weight 17st 4.5lbs
Weight as of 21/2/07 13st 6.5lbs
Goal weight	I think its around 11st 10lbs. But I’ve not been given one yet, its too far away and scary.
Date joined	24/3/06
Clothe size then	20
Clothe size now	14

Current mood when it comes to weight watcher – optimistic.

Race for Life

The first race for life I took part in was 2 years ago and I walked most of it. After I signed
up last year I joined weight watchers. I’d lost about 2.5st by the time of the race and I was going to the gym regularly but didn’t really train for a 5k run but was a lot fitter. I jogged most of it but did walk a few times.

So this year I’m running all of it!!!!

I don’t care about the time really, as long as I don’t stop.

I’ve been out for a few jogs, only little ones and I’ve just started the run easy training plan from race for life.

Training

Walk 4, run 4, do 3 times	Done! 22/3/07 – (1.85miles)
Walk 3, run 10, do twice
Walk 2, run 8, do twice

Holidays

Cant wait for my holiday, even if it is only a long weekend in Benidorm.

Not smoking

I forgot I quit, which is probably a good sign that I don’t think about it much anymore. I will admit I do take my friends cigarettes off them when I’m drunk and have one off, but its only been at the weekends and only once or twice at a weekend. Its not good I know, but I’m all for looking on the bright side, I’ve never asked them for a cigarette, after one puff I remember I don’t like smoking anymore. And I don’t thin about it during the week at all.
